Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Conduct initial HR rounds and collect required documents.

• Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and job portals.

HR Operations:

• Maintain employee records and update internal databases (e.g., leaves, attendance, personal data).

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documents like experience letters, NOCs, etc.

• Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure proper documentation for all HR-related processes.

• Assist in statutory compliance like PF, ESI, and other labor laws.

Employee Engagement:

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.

• Conduct surveys, feedback collection, and help build a positive work culture.

Grievance Handling:

• Listen to employee concerns and escalate to HR Manager when required.

• Ensure employee queries are addressed promptly and empathetically.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 0–1 year of relevant experience or internship in HR preferred.

• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in HR.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera) is a plus.

• Familiarity with hiring platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
