Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and hire candidates for sales, marketing, legal, and operations roles.
Conduct bulk hiring for real estate sales executives and field teams.
Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and campus recruitment strategies.
Manage offer letters, onboarding, and induction programs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions related to sales targets, broker commissions, and field challenges.
Implement employee engagement activities to boost motivation and retention.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends to improve retention strategies.
3. Payroll & Compensation Management
Manage salary processing, incentives, and commissions for target-based roles.
Handle PF, ESI, TDS, and compliance with payroll regulations.
Coordinate with finance teams to process broker and agent payouts.
4. Compliance & Legal HR Policies
Ensure RERA compliance in employment contracts and brokerage payouts.
Maintain adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and site labor management.
Oversee compliance with contractual workers, site staff, and outsourced teams.
5. Performance Management & Training
Implement KPI-based performance evaluation for sales and field teams.
Conduct sales training, legal compliance training (RERA, property laws), and soft skills development.
Work with senior management on succession planning and leadership development.
6. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Manage HRMS software for seamless HR operations.
Coordinate between corporate offices, sales offices, and construction sites.

Key Skills & Requirements:
✔️ Experience in real estate HR, sales-driven industries, or large-scale hiring.
