• Working into on-boarding activities
• Engaging employee post offer released and after joining.
• Maintaining a connect with every employee and handling employee grievances.
• Conducting induction/orientation program to new employees.
• Maintaining employee personal file with relevant documents.
• Generate and issue Id cards.
• Managing Time office.
