• Payroll Processing: Oversee salary calculations and ensure timely disbursement.
• Office Maintenance: Ensure a well-maintained and organized office environment.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits and resolve related issues.
• Employee Support: Assist employees with HR-related concerns, leaves, and policies.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and update HR policies and practices.
• Record Keeping: Maintain employee records (digital & physical).
• Onboarding & Training: Conduct employee onboarding and training sessions.
• Sales Department Exams: Oversee and conduct tests for the sales team.
• Plant Monitoring: Supervise HR activities at the plant level.
• ISO Documentation: Handle HR-related ISO documentation and compliance.
• HR Compliance: Implement HR policies and update them as needed.
• Turnover & Absenteeism: Work on reducing employee turnover and absenteeism.
