We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team and help us hire the right talent across various departments like sales, tele calling, teaching, and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan recruitment accordingly.Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through calls and interviews.Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates till joining.Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring updates to management.Coordinate with training departments for onboarding new joiners.Ensure minimum hiring targets are met for each department.Follow up with hired candidates for joining confirmation and handle dropouts professionally.Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports regularly.
