Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation sessions.

• Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records (both hard copy and electronic).

  • Ensure all HR documents and files are properly filed and stored.

  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations as required.

• Employee Benefits and Payroll:

  • Assist with benefits administration, including leaves, health insurance, and other employee benefits.

  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring that employee attendance and time-off records are accurate.

• Training and Development:

  • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.

  • Maintain training records and track employee development initiatives.

• HR Compliance and Policies:

  • Assist in ensuring that the company complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Help in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Employee Relations:

  • Support the HR team in handling employee concerns or queries.

  • Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have [Graduation & Post Graduation ] and [1 years +] years of experience as an HR Admin or in similar roles. Strong communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must.
