Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Field Recruiter cum HR Supervisor to oversee end-to-end recruitment and workforce management for contractual staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and field recruitment skills, along with the ability to supervise and manage contract employees effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Identify, source, and recruit candidates for contractual and temporary job roles across various industries.
Conduct field recruitment through job fairs, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess their suitability for job openings.
Ensure a strong pipeline of talent for immediate and future hiring needs.
Conduct background verification and document verification before onboarding.
HR Supervision & Employee Management:
Handle onboarding and induction processes for contract employees.
Maintain attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance records for the workforce.
Resolve grievances and conflicts among contract employees.
Ensure timely salary disbursement and address payroll-related issues.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and contractual employees.
Field Operations & Compliance:
Coordinate with client companies to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Visit job sites, client locations, and recruitment hubs to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations for contractual staff.
Monitor workforce productivity and provide reports to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of blue-collar and contractual staffing recruitment.
Good networking and field recruitment abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, or recruitment software is a plus.
Tamil & English language proficiency (additional regional languages are a plus).
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in field recruitment, contractual staffing, or HR operations.
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, or construction is preferred.
