Participate in recruitment process along with the HRBPs.
• Coordinate & Involve in Sourcing & Scheduling Interviews • Coordinate with vendors, candidates & hiring managers regarding interview details and status updates.
• Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Sharing daily reports on the given task.
• Working closely with the HR Head to ensure on learning & daily task deliverables.
• Upload & Update the HRMS system on daily basis with regards to the employee information.
• Check & ensure on Location mapping for all employees in time on HRMS system.
• Download daily attendance report for all the employees, check the gaps & highlight HR Head for identifying the solution.
• Assist HRBP & HR Head in the execution of phase wise HRMS tool.
• Assist HR Head in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as per the instructions of HR Head
