Internship Duration: 3 Months (5000 Stipend+incentive)

Internship Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources. This internship will provide you with real-world experience in recruitment, candidate management, and other HR functions. If you perform well during the internship, you will have the opportunity to be appointed as an HR recruiter with a salary of ₹12,000 + incentives per closing. An internship letter will also be provided upon completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.

• Assist in onboarding new employees and documentation.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Handle basic HR administrative tasks.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Freshers preferred – passionate and eager to build a career in HR.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Laptop and SIM will be provided by the company.
