Periodical review and improve policies, systems, and procedures to ensure office operates smoothly and efficiently.

As Administrative Officer:
· Manage and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
· Supervising the day-to-day operations of the staff members
· Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
· Manage and oversee all the upkeep of the organization property and premises in efficient and economical way,
· Manage and oversee the housekeeping of the organization
· Procuring office supplies and ensure all the equipment is working and properly maintained.
