Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with HR Background
We are seeking a female HR Manager (preferably married), with 6 months to 2 years of experience and a strong educational background in Human Resources, to manage and support our daily HR functions. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, stable work environment while taking ownership of core HR responsibilities.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
Manage attendance, leave records
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training and employee development initiatives
Handle employee grievances and maintain workplace harmony
Support employee engagement and internal communications
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
