Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit formalities.
Manage attendance and leave records.
Support performance appraisal processes.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legal standards.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general concerns.
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.
Calculate and process salaries, bonuses, and deductions in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
Liaise with finance and external vendors for payroll disbursement.
Generate payslips and relevant payroll reports.
Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
