Roles and responsibilities:
• Handle end to end recruitment cycle with recruiter’s team. Minimum Size – 6 recruiters
(Should be having experience of team handling)
• Plan recruitment strategy & various sources of recruitment.
• Hands on experience in sourcing techniques on various Job boards, Social media, other sources.
• Experience on Lateral & bulk hiring techniques.
• Taking 1st round of interview.
• Passionate to close number of joiner’s within TAT period.
• Maintain MIS report of HR team.
• Employee Onboarding & Orientation.
• Salary negotiation for selected candidates & decide date of joining.
• Induction to new employees.
• Conducting exit formalities with employees.
• Any documentation work for new or existing or left employees.
• Policy implementation as per company rules, regulations & new changes, if any.
• Enforcement of Disciplinary Actions
• Design new documentation & policies if any. Design Job description & KRA, SOP.
• Be a part of appraisals of all departments.
• Event management & Employee Engagement activities, & Reward & recognition.
• Employee Grievances
• Payroll of 100 to 150 operations employees (Manual payroll experience is must- for e.g. in Excel & ESSL software experience) Experience of compensation & Benefits will be added advantage
• Performance Evaluation
• Manage & organize events of festival or birthday celebrations.
• Manage Training calendar & conducing training for employees.
• Work for any other task given by senior.
• Making yearly festival leave list.
• HR analytics
• As per expectation of Director, MD & VP-Operations – Implement new things in the company & manage all functions of HR.
