We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for our medical laboratory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a productive, compliant, and motivated workforce by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR policies. Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics sector is highly preferred.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment for lab technicians, administrative staff, and other roles
Develop job descriptions in coordination with department heads
Conduct orientation programs and ensure smooth onboarding
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a healthy work culture and resolve employee grievances professionally
Conduct regular check-ins and pulse surveys to assess morale
Organize team-building activities and recognition programs
HR Compliance & Records
Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards
Maintain up-to-date HR records including personnel files, leave records, and training logs
Performance Management
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
Assist department heads in setting KPIs and development goals
Support staff development and career progression plans
Payroll & Benefits
Coordinate with finance for timely salary processing
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and benefits administration (ESI, PF, insurance)
Training & Development
Identify training needs and arrange regular internal and external training sessions
Maintain training records and track competency evaluations for lab personnel
