We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle. This role is crucial in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to support our mission of excellence in banking education.
Role: HR Specialist (Full-cycle recruitment)
Key Responsibilities:
Create/update job descriptions.
Source candidates via job portals & social media.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
Advertise openings and collaborate with departments.
Manage background checks and onboarding.
Assist in HR policy development.
Requirements:
MBA in HR or related field.
1-3 years of HR/recruitment experience.
Strong communication & sourcing skills.
Knowledge of ATS & labor laws (preferred).
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience).
