Employee Management: Supervise daily HR operations, including monitoring attendance via email, WhatsApp, and ESSL data.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and generate offer and appointment letters for selected candidates. Manage the smooth onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed.
Employee Communication: Facilitate routine communication with employees, including sending birthday and anniversary wishes, as well as issuing warning and termination emails when required.
Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate maintenance and regular updates of employee records, and relevant HR documentation.
