Designation - HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the candidate sourcing process, onboard new hires, and conduct structured inductions.
Performance Management:
Establish and implement performance management systems, conduct regular reviews, and administer performance-based incentives.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, handle employee grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
Talent Management:
Develop and implement talent development strategies, including career planning and succession planning.
Employee Engagement:
Roll out various employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
MIS:
Maintain employee records, generate reports, and manage HR data in HRMS systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
6-8+ years of experience in HR, with experience in the chemical industry a plus.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of labor laws, employment practices, and HR systems.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Budget - 25 to 30 K
Experience - 2 to 6 Years
Qualification - Any Graduate MBA HR prefer
