Key Responsibilities: -
1. Recruitment and Staffing
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and conflicts.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance employee relations.
3. Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and improvement plans.
4. Training and Development
- Identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Facilitate continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
5. Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and align with company goals.
- Conduct market research to ensure equitable pay practices.
6. Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain updated employee records and handle all HR-related documentation.
7. HR Strategy
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.
- Implement and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
8. Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct surveys and analyse feedback to improve employee satisfaction.
Required Qualifications: -
- Education: Typically, a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) may be preferred.
- Experience: Several years of experience in HR, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in HR software and systems
