Experience: Minimum 10 + Yrs
This will be Individual contributor role handling HR & Admin. The candidate should be able to perceive business needs and action proactively.
Roles & Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition - Sourcing candidate profiles and explore various avenues of sources
Strong in HR round of Interviews and assessing the Candidate comprehensively
Good in Analysis and preparation of HR Policy and its effective implementation.
Day to day HR Operations from Hire to Retire - Joining formalities, On boarding, employee grievances, resignation, exit formalities etc.,
Employee motivation programme and handling seminars and training
Strong in Labour laws and statutory compliance Industrial dispute Act, PF, ESI, PT etc.,
Comprehensive understanding of the Payroll
Admin Activities
1) Employee related admin activities
Desired Candidate profile
Expertise in Talent Acquisition of filling up senior profiles + all other levels
Expertise in Policy Drafting, procedures.
Experience in any CRM/PMS
Data management
Motivating and inspiring. Also induce positive environment
