Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
-Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
-Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
-Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
-Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
-Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
-Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
-Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
-Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs.
-Assist in developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs.
-Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
-Administer employee benefits programs and addresses any related inquiries.
-Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
-Ensure the organization's HR practices are in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
-Prepare the Payroll every month and have to coordinate with the Factory Head and the Directors.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 2-6years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
