Responsible to coordinating with Line Managers, Zonal Manager & HR Head for Employee, and contractors PMS.
Ensuring employee induction training provided on time and maintaining proper training record.
Responsible to provide on time salary inputs for salary processing.
Responsible for timely process of Full & Final Settlements & Reliving formalities.
Authorized to prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Bank A/c Opening letters and maintenance of personal files and ensure all the supporting documents of the employee is filed in the respective folder. All letters issued to the employee during his tenure with the organization need be filed in the personal file.
Responsible to Visit Branch Warehouse to provide training and to resolve employees’ concern.
Responsible for Recruitment & Selection Process through Job portal.
Ensuring timely hiring of quality resources that meet the specification as per the staffing plan.
Responsible to conduct interviews, short listing candidates and coordinating with Clients & Department Heads.
