Human Resources Support:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Help with onboarding new employees by preparing welcome materials, conducting orientations, and assisting with paperwork.
Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Process and track employee leave requests (sick leave, vacation, etc.).
Assist in maintaining HR systems and databases.
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-maintained.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, and ensure timely responses.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Help prepare and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Assist with preparing documentation for audits or inspections when required.
General Office Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees with HR or administrative inquiries.
Provide support in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to HR and administration.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of office procedures, HR processes, and general administrative tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
