Collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions.
Interviewing and Onboarding:
Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
Contributing to building a positive employer brand and attracting top talent.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
