Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Job Posting and Advertising:
Create and post job descriptions across various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
Ensure job postings are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect the company’s values and culture.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
