Job Title: Domestic HR Recruiter (Fresher)
Location: Uppal, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 per month
Work Schedule: 5 working days (Fixed Week Offs)
Experience: Fresher/Entry Level

Roles & Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates for domestic HR recruitment across various roles.
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
Conducting initial telephonic interviews and scheduling in-person interviews.
Coordinating with hiring managers for interview rounds and final selection.
Maintaining recruitment database and records.
Assisting in offer negotiations and joining formalities.
Providing end-to-end recruitment support.
Requirements:
Freshers with good communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Comfortable with working on MS Office tools and job portals.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
