Talent Acquisition: Actively manage recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and sourcing candidates. Attract, source, and recruit top talent from the manufacturing sector through both internal and external channels. Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who align with job requirements and company culture. Candidate Screening & Interviews:Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates to ensure a strong match for job profiles.Coordinate and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, providing inputs to hiring managers.Evaluate candidates for technical, cultural, monetary, and behavioral fit.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders about recruitment progress, challenges, and candidate feedback.Data Management & Reporting:Manage job vacancies in Workday or similar HR systems, ensuring timely and accurate data updates.Share daily recruitment trackers and present recruitment progress during business reviews.Offer & Onboarding Management:Prepare offer comparators and obtain necessary approvals from the HR Manager.Roll out offer letters, engage with offered candidates, and maintain consistent communication to ensure joining.Oversee pre-joining formalities, address delays promptly, and provide a forecast list for future joiners.Continuous Improvement:Regularly review job descriptions and update them in consultation with hiring managers.Identify process gaps and propose solutions to streamline recruitment practices.Skills:Strong ability to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural alignment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Independent thinker with effective decision-making abilities.High attention to detail and organizational skills.
