About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our team and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse non-IT roles across industries. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for multiple clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Negotiate salary and job offers with candidates on behalf of clients.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in consulting or staffing firms.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring processes.
Experience handling multiple clients and hiring for diverse industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, FMCG, Manufacturing, etc.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in bulk hiring or senior-level hiring.
Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
