Key Responsibilities:
1. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
4. Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings to attract qualified candidates.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
6. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
7. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
