Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a database of candidates and follow up with them throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Meet recruitment targets within the defined timeline.
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in recruitment (BPO/BFSI/Sales/Retail preferred).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle bulk hiring and work under deadlines.
Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed, etc.).
Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
