Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding).
Understand job descriptions and align candidate profiles accordingly.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates during the entire hiring process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Manage job postings on various portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.
