Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Genesis HR Services in Ajmer. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Daily tasks may include posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, contacting candidates, and coordinating interviews. The Recruiter will also be involved in building and maintaining relationships with clients and managing client accounts.
