Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.

Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requirements.
