Position: Talent Acquisition Executive / Sr, Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Mira Road east
Experience Required: 6 months to 2+ years
Selection Criteria: Experience: 6 months to 2+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment roles.
Education Qualification: Graduate
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Location: Candidates residing near Mira Road or willing to commute.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s talent attraction strategies.
