Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

• Independently manage end to end recruitment process
• Review requisitions, understand hiring needs and conduct search to identify suitable candidates. Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and have the mentality to ‘profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation” rather than sell a role.
• Build and support a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preference through high offer-to- interview ratio
• Expert in niche hiring in both IT and non-IT requirements
• Expert in onboarding, accuracy in preparing reports, offer letter and other related documents and comfortable with the ATS system
