• Managing the administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, coordinating interviews.
• Carry out all the administrative processes in the recruitment process, recruitment / Interview arrangement.
• Administer the process for new employees for example; prepare Offer Letters and process all pre-employment checks like documents & details.
• Maintaining the administrative process of employee’s daily basis work e.g. arranging the review meeting, monitoring the employees’ daily activities performance, maintaining the daily attendance of employees.
• Maintaining discipline in office employees with daily work activities.
• Smoothly co-ordination daily reporting with superiors and management.
