Employee Engagement:  Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team- building activities, events, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  06 months to 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  Strong organizational and time management skills.  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  Experience in social media recruitment (LinkedIn, etc.).
