Job Description:
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. (Also need to do field recruitment) A Field Recruiter is a recruiter who works on the ground, often visiting multiple locations (such as company branches, job fairs, campuses, or client sites) to find and hire candidates
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Coordinate for and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
Maintain records of all line ups and selections to share with key stake holders.
Requirements and Skills
Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role (in-house or staffing agency)
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
