Job Title: HR Recruiter

Source candidates through various platforms (job boards, social media, networking).
Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific needs and job requirements.
3. Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
