Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct background verification and reference checks.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports.
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
