Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, HR operations, and labor laws.

• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
