We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 1 to 1.5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, specializing in Non-IT Hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with job portals and be proficient in client and candidate management. You will play a crucial role in fulfilling staffing requirements by closely working with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Utilize job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn) and other sourcing platforms to identify suitable candidates.
Engage in proactive candidate outreach and headhunting to build a strong talent pipeline.
Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients and candidates to understand job requirements and expectations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and timely closures.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and generate reports as required.
Demonstrate the ability to use ChatGPT and other AI tools for drafting JDs, outreach messages, and enhancing productivity.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage documentation, feedback, and offer rollout efficiently.
Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment within a consultancy setup.
Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good understanding of ChatGPT and AI tools for recruitment tasks.
