Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top candidates for various roles across the company. You should be skilled at networking, screening, and interviewing candidates while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments

• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms

• Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media)

• Conduct preliminary screenings and coordinate interview processes

• Maintain candidate database and track application status

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics

• Support other HR functions as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or freshers can apply too.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with hiring practices and sourcing techniques

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
