About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing candidates for BPOs, MNCs, and KPOs, with a strong understanding of hiring processes and job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for various BPO, KPO, and MNC roles

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Draft and publish job postings across platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Maintain candidate database and generate regular hiring reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment (especially in BPO/KPO/MNC hiring)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
