Looking For HR Generalist Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
Address employee concerns and mediate disputes to maintain a positive work environment.
Plan and implement employee engagement activities and programs to improve morale and retention.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance review process, ensuring regular feedback and development plans for employees.
Advise managers on effective performance management strategies.
Support the implementation of employee development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
Compliance & Policy Development:
Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Stay current on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Review and analyze salary structures and recommend adjustments as needed.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Training & Development:
Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills.
Facilitate onboarding for new hires and ensure they are properly integrated into the company culture.
Assist in leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
HR Reporting & Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare and present HR reports on various metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
Ensure data privacy and confidentiality are maintained.
Organizational Development:
Support organizational change initiatives and employee transitions.
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance company culture and operational efficiency.
