HR Recruitment Executive (Apprenticeship/Full-Time Role)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Gain hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and the opportunity to learn in a
dynamic environment. As an HR Recruitment Executive, your primary responsibility will be sourcing,
engaging, and shortlisting candidates for reputed large companies and top MNCs across India. Earn a
recognized government/industry certification upon successful completion of 12 months.
This is a client-focused, business-driven role, where success is measured by fulfilling client hiring
needs while also playing a role in expanding business opportunities.

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
Screening
Interview Support & Coordination
Client Recruitment Support
Client Interaction & Business Contribution
Intern Hiring & Batch Management (Internal)
Data Management
Work with existing clients to understand hiring needs and successfully deliver candidates.
Source top talent through job boards, social media, networking & referrals.
Screen candidates based on client hiring requirements and maintain a structured recruitment pipeline by proactively engaging via phone/cold calling, email and WhatsApp.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless hiring process between candidates and clients.
Oversee remote interns, ensuring they actively contribute to recruitment and business growth.
Maintain accurate data and record.
Identify and connect with key decision-makers in leading companies to explore new business opportunities.
KEY DETAILS
Designation: HR Recruitment Executive
Reports To: Senior HR/TL/Manager
Location: New Town Department Operations
Work Time: Mon - Sat, 9:30 AM Onwards, Saturdays - Work From Home/Remote
Probation (3-Month)
Starting Fixed Salary ₹10,000 (In-Hand) + Incentives
Includes ₹1,000 resources allowance.
After Probation
Up to ₹15,700 (In-Hand) Subject to performance + Incentives

Recognized Government/Industry Certification (After 12-months)Continuation of employment, subject to performance.
WHO CAN APPLY
Any Graduate with relevant Internship, Certification (proven-track record).
Up to 1 Year Experience in recruitment or similar.
Pursuing students or non-domain candidates need to go through an internship.
