Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.

• Oversee employee records, performance management, and development plans.

• Coordinate training programs and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, etc.).

• Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain confidentiality.

• Assist in payroll coordination, attendance management, and policy enforcement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and compliance.

• Knowledge of HR laws and best practices.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
