Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, PT, ESIC, Labour Welfare, POSH) and internal policies.

• Support internal and external audits with all required HR documentation.

• Assist in the execution of the performance appraisal process.

• Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely goal setting and performance reviews.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, introducing them to company culture, values, and policies.

• Ensure the completion of all joining formalities and documentation.

• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and timely closures of open positions.

• Handle background verification processes and coordination with external agencies.

• Assist in the implementation of POSH policies, including awareness training and Internal Committee coordination.

To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong skills in communication, interpersonal interactions, and organization.

• Experience with SPINE Payroll system (preferred).
