Job Summary:
We are looking for an Executive to provide training and demonstrations of our Payroll, HRIS, and Leave Management systems to clients and employees. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on Payroll, HRIS, Leave Management, and other HR software modules.
Provide payroll demonstrations to clients online & offline.
Explain system features and functionalities in a simple and understandable way.
Assist customers with system setup and onboarding.
Answer queries and troubleshoot basic issues during training sessions.
Prepare training materials, guides, and FAQs.
Collect feedback and suggest improvements for training sessions.
Requirements:

Experience in payroll, HRIS, or related HR software is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical processes in an easy-to-understand manner.
Basic problem-solving skills for troubleshooting system issues.
Prior experience in training or customer support is a plus.
