Payroll Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Executive to manage all aspects of payroll processing and compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate compensation is provided to employees in a timely manner, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for all employees (monthly)

• Collect and verify attendance, leave, and timesheet data

• Calculate wages, deductions, and benefits accurately

• Ensure timely disbursement of salaries via bank transfers or payroll software

• Maintain and update employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy

• Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management and finance departments

• Handle payroll queries from employees in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS)

• Coordinate with HR and finance teams for new joiners, exits, and changes in employee status

• Assist in audits related to payroll
