Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and energetic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for various job roles, especially field staff, operations, logistics, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand staffing needs from different departments and develop recruitment plans accordingly.

• Source candidates using job portals, databases, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.

• Conduct telephonic and in-person screenings to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

• Maintain a talent pool and database for current and future hiring needs.

• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes for selected candidates.

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and past candidates.

• Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and labor laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (freshers with good communication skills can apply).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.).

• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliances is an advantage.
